• Order confirmation is sent by email/SMS after purchase.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
• We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failures, incorrect address, or suspicious activity.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are final and include applicable taxes where shown. Payment options include UPI, Net Banking, Cards, Wallets, and Cash-on-Delivery (where available). Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and worldwide through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery:

• Within India: 3–7 business days

• International: Delivery time varies based on destination and customs clearance

Delays caused by courier partners, holidays, weather conditions, customs checks, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.

6. Return & Replacement

We provide easy replacement for:

• Wrong product received
• Manufacturing defects

7. Warranty

After 7 days of purchase, the product falls under a 6-month / 1-year guarantee period as stated on your invoice / purchase bill.

During this period, if any issues arise regarding gold plating or color, the customer may file a warranty claim.
